Banana Bread In a Mug

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tbsp milk of choice
- 1/8 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 tbsp mashed banana
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- Extra banana for topping
Method
- Mix all the ingredients in a large mug until combined
- Place in the microwave for ~1 minute and 20 seconds
- Top with extra banana and enjoy!
