If you’re a fan of those Weis bars, you’re going to LOVE our Fruity Frozen Yoghurt! Not only is our recipe lower in added sugar, but one serve of it will provide you with over 30% of your recommended dietary intake of Vitamin C.
Plus, this recipe is a great source of folate (which is a B-group vitamin that your body actually cannot produce itself). It is an essential vitamin in assisting with the production of red blood cells and reduces the risk of developing anemia, and beyond that, is also important for the prevention of neural tube defects in babies during pregnancy.
Lastly, our yoghurt is packed full of Vitamin A, essential for a healthy immune system, optimising bone health, skin and eyes.
