Nutrition to Fuel Your Life

In 2021, there is an emphasis on staff wellbeing, especially for those who are working from home – and something that is often forgotten is the impact that good nutrition can have on work, performance, and day-to-day life.

Fuel Your Life works with some of Australia’s top-performing athletes and we’ve brought together that same expertise, with over 150 years of combined experience to create innovative online nutrition programs that will help your staff achieve at their best, no matter where they are.

Terms and Condtitions

The Promoter is: Allied Performance (ABN 42 606 274 499) trading as Fuel Your Life, registered head office address: Kontiki, Tower 2, Suite 209/55 Plaza Parade, Maroochydore QLD 4558. The aforementioned company will be hereafter jointly referred to as the ‘Promoter.’
Employees of companies of any size may enter, however, the online program can only be accessed by a maximum of 150 staff for 1 month from the date of commencement ($7000).
Employees of the Promoter or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
Must be willing to give feedback to The Promoter and allow access for some promotional pictures to be taken throughout the month if any services are provided on-site.
Dinner must be held in Melbourne, the entrant is responsible for all transport costs to and from dinner.
Dinner consists of 2 courses, beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks for 4 people.
All guests must be over 18 years.
Dinner must be conducted within 6 weeks of being contacted and announced as the winner.
The organisers will ensure all efforts are made to negotiate a suitable date.
Any dietary requirements must be disclosed when confirming the date of dinner.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as agreeing to further images to be captured while using the prize. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

Promotion closes on Friday 28 May, 2021 at 11:59 pm. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition without notice. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
Winner will be drawn at random at The Promoter’s head office, addressed Kon Tiki Tower 2, Suite 209/55 Plaza Parade, Maroochydore QLD 4558.
No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The winner will be notified by email and/or letter within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days from the notification date, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. After claiming the prize, the winner has three (3) months to use it.
The winner’s name will be published on our website.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party.
The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
