One diet/lifestyle that we have recently seen more of is the plant-based diet.
Interestingly enough, having a plant-based diet doesn’t mean you’re going to become a vegetarian/vegan anytime soon.
This diet is classified as one that is high in vegetables, whole grains, fruits and legumes, whilst still consuming some lean meats and dairy. See, NOT a vegetarian diet. Basically, it’s just about having a balanced diet.
